Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable "Slow 4G" network
2. Open Host form
3. Select Tags tab
4. Switch between "Host tags" and "Inherited and host tags" by holding 'right' arrow key on keyboard.

Result:
Inherited tags are shown when "Host tags" are selected:

Expected:
Inherited tags shouldn't be shown when "Host tags" radiobutton is selected
