SNMP items not going unsupported -> included in last_foreach()

      When a SNMP device stops responding, zabbix marks the SNMP interface unavailable. However, zabbix keeps all SNMP items in OK state, they do not become unsupported!

      Because of this last_foreach() keeps including data for unavailable hosts. This can't be right.
