Current documentation of last_foreach() in insufficient.

It says "For the last_foreach function time period is an optional parameter (supported since Zabbix 7.0)" but does not explain at all how this optional argument works.

Also table "Behavior depending on availability" needs to be extended that "Unavailable host with data" case returns last value, but this differs from normal last() because it takes the time limit into consideration.
