PowerAutomate flows not working with MSTeams Mediatype

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new flow in power automate(must have "default.api.powerenvironment:443"
      2. Add web hook to either MSTEAMS or MSTEAMS workflow
      3. Hit "Test" on the new mediatype you made
      4. You should see the error.

      *Extra reproduction

      Result:
      The URL timeout with an error, thats not even understandable/diagnoseable.

      Expected

      Test should go through successfully and you should see the flow run correct.
