      I have attached an updated french translation.
      It is based on pre1.8.3rc2 rev 13617.

      New strings since rc1 have been translated.
      Better translations for a few existing strings.

      BTW, is there a plan to define a "string freeze" milestone so that translators could update translation once before release instead of working on random nightly snapshots ?
