Redirect after login mechanism may deny access to Admin

      Steps to reproduce:

      • On fresh installation log in as default Admin.
      • Go to user profile settings and set "URL (after login)" to value "2"
      • Log out, attempt to log in.

      Observed:

      • Too many redirects (browser exception).
      • No access to system.

      Expected:

      • No more than one redirect to the page that does not exist.
      • Ability to explicitly navigate to home using URL "http://my-instance/"
