I have zabbix cluster with zabbix-server 7.4.9 and zabbix-proxy 7.4.9 and i need to execute remote command on windows OS with zabbix agent 2 (version is 7.4.9). But it no success with error "Host is monitored by proxy group, but its proxy assignment is still pending."

Steps to reproduce:

1. I enabled "EnableRemoteCommands" on zabbix-proxy
2. Enabled "AllowKey=system.run[*]" on zabbix-agent
3. Create script in Alerts->Scripts
4. Create trigger action to execute this script.
5. The host in zabbix was assign to proxy-group

Result:
The command not executed with error.
