Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Administration" -> "Macros"
2. Add macro with multiline value. Click "Update"
3. Go to "Data collection" -> "Host" -> "Create host"
4. Go to "Macros" tab -> "Inherited and host macros"
   
5. Add any template to the host and click "Update" button
6. Go to "Macros" tab -> "Inherited and host macros"

Result:

Page layout changed. There is no "..." after macro global value. Sometimes "Effective value" width is changed as well.
