Azure SQL Managed Instance by HTTP template dashboard has two widgets:

• Availability state
• Instance provisioning state

Both these widgets represent items that utilize value mapping.

Therefore, numbers are shown in the brackets.

But there is no need for decimal part.

It should look like this (without decimal part).
