Steps to reproduce:
1. Monitoring => Problems
2. Have some filters saved as tabs
3. Make some changes in any tab. DONT save
4. Go to first main tab (Filter icon)- look for Save As button
5. click back to unsaved filter tab
6. look for Update button

Result:
Update or Save As button is missplaced to the left
Expected:
Button stays in place
