Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable any screen reader
2. Navigate, e.g., Data collection -> Hosts
3. Using Tab navigate to any host name and hit Enter
4. A screen reader will not announce that the user has opened a dialog window; sometimes, focus moves instantly to the input. Examples attached.

Problem:
Since ARIA attributes are present and applied correctly, most probably there is a focus management problem.

Expected:

When the user activates a modal dialog, the screen reader should announce the dialog name and inform that this is a dialog window, e.g Host, dialog, etc.
