Frontend QR code: broken anchor points

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Configure user to use MFA authentication
      2. Try to log-in with user

      Result:

      QR code has anchors have some offset in pixels (red colouring per-pixel so that 1px difference is visible):

       

      In case QR code has more data, malformation becomes more visible:

      Expected:

      QR code is generated correctly and have a border (as per ZBX-26378 task).
