Tested with TimescaleDB version 2.26 and PostgreSQL 18.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Build Zabbix with PostgreSQL, add some test data to migrate to Timescale to populate compressed chunks, add TimescaleDB to it, start the server
      2. Open frontend section Administration->Housekeeping and uncheck checkboxes Override item history period and Override item trend period

      Expected result:
Yellow warning boxes next to the checkbox label appear with the tooltip text "This setting should be enabled, because history/trend tables contain compressed chunks."

      Actual result:
Warning boxes do not appear even after saving the form, or appear partially (in case of master).
