Problem description: In case if user opens map element "Shape" configuration form, changes tha value of "Shape" field to "Line", closes the form without saving and the opens it again, then the Layout of the configuration form is broken - fields "Text" and "Backgroud" are moved to the left, but the remaining part of the form - to the right (see gif below).

! NOTE ! The issue is only present in Safari browser.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open zabbix in Safari
2. Open any existing map in edit mode
3. Add new "Shape" element
4. In Shape configuration form change "Shape" to Line
5. Close configuration form
6. Open Shape element configuration form again

Result: the Layout of the configuration form is broken - fields "Text" and "Backgroud" are moved to the left, but the remaining part of the form - to the right.
Expected: the form should stay intact.
