Tag cardinality refers to the number of unique combinations of tags applied to metrics, logs, or events, and high cardinality can significantly impact performance, memory usage, and cost in monitoring systems.

As I see there are so many tags applied on lot of templates and items. Assume if host is going to assigned with such template. Its events going to contain trigger tags, item tags, template tags.

I think and suggest taking a look into this default tags to avoid future performance issues.

Adding more tags or using tags with many unique values can create a "cardinality explosion", multiplying the number of time series and increasing storage and query costs.
