(17) [F] [Minor] Uncaught TypeError in console if dashboard has time filter.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create dashboard.
2) Add Action log widget. (or any other widget, that can have time filter)

3) add one more page to dashboard.
4) Select page 2.
5) Press on Kiosk mode button and switch dashboard pages.
6) Check console

Result:
Console error appears!

Expected:
No errors.
