Regression: "JSON array input is expected" message appears when opening a template in new tab

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to templates;
      2. open a template in new tab.

      Result: Observe error message (in green)

      Expected: No error message.

      Reason:
      CControllerTemplateEdit.php

      $this->setPostContentType(self::POST_CONTENT_TYPE_JSON);

      Caused by: ZBX-24054
