Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Maintenance period form.
2. Click on "No data collection".

Result:
The vertical alignment of the elements "Contains" and "Equals" within the row is broken.

Expected:
All elements in the row must stay on the same line, as it is in versions 7.0 and 7.4.
