Spacing between "Menu entry URL" and "Description" fields changes based on "Include event menu entry" field value

      Summary: Spacing between "Menu entry URL" and "Description" fields changes based on whether "Include event menu entry" field is set to true ot to false. This behavior is no longer observed if some value was entered in "Menu entry URL" field

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open Alerts -> Media types
      2. Select one of the webhooks, for example Brevis.one
      3. Select "Include event menu entry" checkbox

      Result:
      "Menu entry name" and "Menu entry URL" fields are moving
      Check attached gif -
      Expected:
      Spacing between fields should remain the same
