Steps to reproduce:
1. Create two templates A and B (both in different template groups as we will have different permissions set to them);
2. link template B to A:

3. create a host and link template A:

4. create a regular admin user and assign permissions:

• template A = read-write
• template B = deny
• host = read-write

5. export host;
6. as regular admin try to import host;

Result:
Host cannot be imported and there are DB errors visible (if debug turned on).

Expected:
No errors and import works just as it does in 7.0 and 7.4
