Zabbix 8.0.0beta2 API returns "Invalid JSON" for UTF-8 JSON when request body contains non-ASCII characters

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Send an API request (method  = "apiinfo.version") with non-ASCII character ** in body
      2. API reutrns message: Invalid JSON. An error occurred on the server while parsing the JSON text

      Result:
      JSON error

      Expected:
      version info

      Works with version 7.0.28
