Update interval issue in Item list and Discovery rule list filter

      Go to item list. In filter select item type any of "Zabbix trapper", "SMTP trap", "Dependent"
      Observe: "Update interval" filter field is hidden. For any other type this filter is visible.

      Go to discovery list, repeat the same.
      Observe: "Update interval" filter field is hidden only for "Zabbix trapper" type.
      Expected: It should work same in item list and discovery rule list.
