If you create a scheduled report and then refresh the page, the browser will display a message informing you that the form is being resubmitted. At the same time, a message about the report update will appear in the page header.

Precondition: use Safari browser

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reports -> Scheduled reports
2. Create new report and receive a global success message about it
3. Try to refresh page

Actual result:
You will see the warning "Are you sure you want to send a form again?".

Expected result:
The page should refresh without displaying any messages and a global message confirming that the report was created successfully should not appear after the page reloads.
