This issue affects all lists where entries are created or edited through a modal dialog.

For template lists, a URL fragment may remain after an import if the user clicks any item in the left-hand list on the import comparison form and then closes the import dialogs.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any list, for example, the template list.
2. Add any fragment identifier (for example, #test) to the URL and press Enter.
3. Open the template creation form and fill in all required fields.
4. Save the template.

Result:

The template list is not refreshed.
