Summary: After using Tab to navigate in Safari browser to any host, then hitting an Enter button to open Host details, Host dialog is displayed, but voiceover focus is still on the "Name" in the host list, but should be on the "Host" dialog "Host name" field as it's working in Chrome browser.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable any screen reader (f.e. VoiceOver utility on MAC)
2. Navigate, e.g., Data collection -> Hosts
3. Using Tab to navigate to any host name and hit Enter

Result: Voiceover focus is left on the "Name" field instead of in displayed Host dialog window
