Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate to Services -> Services.

• Click on "Create service".

• Fill in the required fields and create the service without adding any child services.

• Save the service.

• Click on the "Edit" button for the newly created service.

• Go to the "Child services" tab.

• Attempt to add a child service. Observe that the "Add" button is disabled.

• Click on "Clone" for this service. Observe that the "Add" button remains disabled in the cloned service as well.

 

Result: The "Add" button in the Child services tab is disabled/greyed out, preventing the user from adding child services to an existing service that was initially saved without any. This also persists when cloning the affected service. Please see the attached screenshot services.png for reference.

Expected: The "Add" button should remain enabled when editing or cloning a service, allowing users to attach child services to existing services at any time.
