Steps to reproduce:
- Open Users => User roles => any role
- Click the "Name" label
- Open Users => Create user => User tab
- Click the "URL (after login)" label
Note: Looks like the issue is related to the z-textarea-flexible element - all the fields listed below are rendered with it. Not reproducible in 7.0 and 7.4 - the same fields focus normally there.
