Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a template with a value mapping.
2. Create an item on this template and assign the value mapping to it.
3. Create a host and link it to the template.
4. Log in as an Admin user who does not have access to the template but has read-write permissions to the host.
5. Open the item on this host.

Result:
The Value mapping field is empty.

Expected result:
The field should display "Inaccessible value mapping".

This also applies to item prototypes and items created from inherited item prototypes.
