Fix Readme files for cloud templates

      Readme files for AWS, GCP, OCI, and Azure should contain correct list of monitored services in the opening section. Current situation:

      • AWS is OK everywhere
      • Azure missed "Azure Cosmos DB for MongoDB by HTTP" everywhere. 
      • OCI mentioned discovered services only. There is no list of included templates as it is in AWS and in Azure.
      • GCP has nothing

      Need to check that and maintain accurate list for all templates in all supported versions. This list will be used for integrations catalogue on the website as well.
