Unnecessary scrollbar appears in the "Show timeline" and Problem pop-up under Monitoring => Problems

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Monitoring => Problems
      2. Click on three-dot menu in the "Time" column

      Expected: No horizontal scrollbar is displayed in the "Show timeline" pop-up.

      Result: An unnecessary horizontal scrollbar is displayed in the "Show timeline" pop-up.
