Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as a Super admin
2. Import the attached template aaa test template 1.yaml
3. Navigate to Templates -> "aaa test template 1" -> Items
4. Click on "Master item (Zabbix internal) in template 1", observe item opened
5. Close the item, navigate to Discovery rules of the same template
6. Click the green master item link in the name of LLD

Result: an "Access denied" popup is opened

Expected: master item popup should be opened
