Note: Not reproducible on Mac OS using Safari/Chrome/Edge/Firefox

 Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Data collection > Hosts > Items, open any item (or Discovery rules > Item prototypes, open any item prototype).
• Set "Type" to "TELNET agent".
• Click the "Type of information" or "Host interface" dropdown so the option list opens.
• Move the mouse cursor over the opened option list.
• Scroll the mouse wheel.

Result: The form scrolls and the open dropdown list stays in place, covering other fields.

Expected: The form should not scroll while the cursor is over the list.
