Affected browsers: Chrome, Safari

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Host with an item and trigger
2. Send a value that triggers a problem, then resolve it so that a recovery time is recorded
3. Open Monitoring => Problems
4. Click on Table options and select "Compact view"
5. Resize the Recovery time column so that the timestamp wraps onto a second line

Expected:
Only the recovery date is visible; the recovery time is completely hidden, as in other browsers

Actual:
Part of the recovery time is still visible underneath the recovery date:
