Can be reproduced using scenario from task - DEV-4793
Steps to reproduce:
1) Configure proxy
2) Create host that monitored by proxy
3) Create item with key -
zabbix[host,,maintenance]
4) Navigate item test form.
5) Press testing with proxy.

Result:
Correct result displayed but looks like error.

Expected:
Maybe some error - this parameter doesn;t exists
