Steps to reproduce:
1) Navigate to any page where new configurable tables exists (Data collection->Hosts)
2) Add new column - Custom text.
3) Open setup form for Custom text column.
4) In Custom text field - add any symbols.
5) Without clicking anywhere - try to resize width of any column in table.

Result:
All columns locked. Page refresh or pressing Reset button helps.

Expected:
Everything works and clickable as it should.
