Incorrect colors used for elements in Dark blue theme

      Some of the components have inconsistent color in Dark blue theme.

      1) Host Wizard -> Select template page
      Selected template's frame in the Host wizard is white, but supposed to be #3d98ff

      2) Scrollbar's color inconsistency on different browsers.
      For example on Chrome it is light grey:

      3) Colors on problems list seems inconsistent, when highlight full row was selected.
