Case 1: Host list: height changes for row

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open host list
2. Make sure it is single line row (Templates or Tags column doesn't wrap to multiple lines)
3. Hover on mouse on link which has ellipsis wrap (Name, Items, Triggers, Graphs, Discovery, Web)

Result:
Line height is increased because of added underline. Video here: howering_host_list_increase_height-1.mp4

Expected:
Height shouldn't change. Same as Monitoring >Hosts hovering Latest data  column doesn't cause line height to increase

Case 2: Host and template list: inconsistent column ellipsis and wrapping behaviour

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open template list and reduce column width:
   1. Word wrap all  columns and cut-off if can't be wrapper
2. Open host list and reduce column width
3. Observe: 
   1. Ellipsis columns: Name, Items, Treiggers, Graphs, Discovery, Interface
   2. Word wrap columns: Proxy, Templates, Tags, Tag value
   3. Overflow just cut off: Availability, Agent encryption, Status
   4. Not tested columns: Info, Custom text

Expected:

Host and template list should display in similar way. If we have ellipsis on column. And Availability, Agent encryption should be fixed to at least wrap. As it is hard to see that there is actually additional Interface
