Problem description: In meainenance configuration form, the operator dropdown in the Tags field is positioned a couple of pixels higher that the tag anv value input elements (zoom is set to 100%):

All three elements should be perfectly alligned, as it is in all other places in frontend.
Issue is present in Chrome and Edge browsers.

P.S. this misalignment is dependent on absence/presence of an inline error in one of the above positioned fields

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Data collection => Maintenance
2. Press "Create maintenance" button
3. Check the positioning of elements in "Tags" field

Result: if there is no inline error is the fields positioned above Tags field, the operator dropdown is placed by a couple of pixels higher that the tag and value input elements. One an inline error appears in one of the above positioned field - all three elements become perfectly alligned.
Expected: all three elements should be perfectly alligned not depending on whether an inline error is observed in the form or not.
