Steps to reproduce:
1) Navigate to Host or Trigger page (we will check Hosts in this example)
2) Check in several or ALL hosts.

3) Press Mass update button and mage any changes (disable or enable).
4) After page reload check again.

Result:
Hosts still checked in.

Can be reproduced on hosts. triggers, trigger protoypes.

Expected:
As it works now with items - all items check out.
