docker images delayed behind releases

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. zabbix releases new version 7.4.15
      2. packages are available for clients to upgrade.
      3. docker images for that same version are not available at the same time
      4. ...

      Result:
      Auto upgrades of clients get out of sync with server if running docker images
      Expected:
      release of docker image at same time or shortly after release of code and packages,  i would have expected this to be part of the workflow and monitored.
