Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Services -> SLA
2. Select "Create SLA"
3. or Open Data collection -> Maintenance
4. Select "Create maintenance period"
5. Open browser inspector to reduce page height
6. Open calendar by clicking the calendar icon next to date input field
7. Move cursor outside of the Calendar popup and use scroll

Result:
Opened calendar popup stays open and background content of the form moves with scroll.
Expected:
On scroll event when cursor is outside the calendar popup it closes the calendar.
Just as it currently does for dropdown menus.
