Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Item, Template, Host or Trigger with an inherited tag
2. Add identical tag as own tag
3. While in inherited tags tab click remove
4. Switch back to own tags or click Update

Result:
Tag is not removed
Expected:
Own tag should be removed after switch or update
