Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a proxy group with 2 proxies
2. Send data to the proxies (we send ~40 vps)
3. You can see the data in the server
4. Turn off the server, but not the proxies or the data being sent (we turned it off for the whole night)
5. Turn on the server

Result:
The proxies log "Connection restored".
The last ~1.5 hours of data is sent to the server
No new data appears.
The proxies show up and available.

Expected:
We expect the proxies to reconnect, send the data they have, and continue to send new data.

The server keeps spamming that, and no new data appears from the machines monitored by the proxy group.
