Default maintenance period field does not support 'y' as time unit

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to 'Users' -> 'Create user'
      2. In Input filed 'Default maintenance period' type '1y'
      3. Remove focus from field

      Result:
      Inline validation error appears: 

       

      Same bug in user profile form.

      Expected:
      Field accepts up to 999d 23h 59m. 1y should be accepted.
