Frontend is not accepting 0 value on the for LLD parameters - Disable/Delete lost resources.
Both API requests discoveryrule.create and discoveryrule.update accepts lifetime: "0" without lifetime_type. By result of that - LLD rule with invalid configuration is created.

Currently there are multiple templates on master, which have LLD rule with "lifetime": 0 in the import file, which results in incorrect configuration.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Data collection -> Templates
2. Select template - Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud MSP by HTTP
3. Open LLD rule Acronis CPC: Alerts discovery and see it's configuration

Result: LLD rule has Delete lost resources = 0, and cannot be updated on the Frontend.
Expected: Lifetime 0 should be interpreted as Immediately, and 0 should be also accepted on the frontend (Saved as Immediately, similar behavior as on 7.0)
