Steps to reproduce:
Precondition: create LLD rule with filters, that uses custom expression

1. Open LLD rule's edit form
2. Switch to Filters tab
3. Remove all conditions except 1
4. Click Update

Result:
Error is displayed:

Invalid parameter "/1/filter/conditions/1/formulaid": value must be empty.
