Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the list of media types.
2. Click Test to test any media type. Enable it first if necessary.
3. In the test window that opens, observe that the Open log link is disabled.
4. Hover over the link.
5. Try to focus the link using the Tab key.

Actual result:
The link changes color and underline style on hover and can receive keyboard focus.

Expected result:
The link should retain its default style on hover and should not be focusable via the keyboard.
