Steps to reproduce:
- Use a database version not supported by Zabbix 8.0, for example MySQL 8.0.46. However, it should not be below above the hard MIN limit.
- Configure AllowUnsupportedDBVersions=0 in zabbix_server.log
- Create a clean database for the latest Zabbix 7.0 (branch release/7.0).
- Start Zabbix server 8.0 (branch master)
Tested at MySQL.
Result:
Zabbix server shows failed query message.

Expected:
Zabbix server log should not contain failed query messages and it should stop with error message about unsupported DB version only.
Also, Zabbix proxy should be checked for the same problem.
Root cause
Zabbix schema was not upgraded in zbx_check_db() because unsupported DB version was detected. zbx_check_db() tries to perform zbx_db_setting_exists("dbversion_status") with schema for Zabbix 7.0 which it should not.
