Environment:

• Ubuntu 24.04 (noble), amd64, PostgreSQL
• Upgrade from Zabbix 7.0 to 8.0 following the official guide:
    https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/8.0/en/manual/installation/upgrade/packages/debian_ubuntu

Steps to reproduce:
1. wget https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/8.0/release/ubuntu/pool/main/z/zabbix-release/zabbix-release_latest+ubuntu24.04_all.deb
2. dpkg -i zabbix-release_latest+ubuntu24.04_all.deb
3. apt update && apt install --only-upgrade 'zabbix*'

Expected result:
Zabbix 8.0.0 (stable) is installed.

Actual result:
Zabbix 8.0.0~rc3 is installed.

Details:

• zabbix-release_latest+ubuntu24.04_all.deb (dated 2026-11-04) contains version 1:8.0-0.4+ubuntu24.04,
    built 2026-07-02. It only ships zabbix-release.sources, zabbix-tools.sources and
    zabbix-unstable.sources. No source for zabbix/8.0/stable is included.
• 8.0.0 packages are published at https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/8.0/stable/ (2026-11-04),
    but no zabbix-release package enables this repository.
• Epoch inconsistency: the previously published zabbix-release 2:8.0-0.3 has epoch 2,
    while the "latest" package is 1:8.0-0.4 (epoch 1), so apt treats the "latest" package
    as a downgrade. A purge was needed before installing it.
• The stable repository is signed with key D913219AB5333005 (B5333005), which is not in
    /usr/share/keyrings/zabbix.gpg as installed by zabbix-release. apt update fails with
    NO_PUBKEY until zabbix-official-repo-apr2024.gpg is added manually.

Workaround:
Manually add a .sources entry for https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/8.0/stable/ubuntu
with Signed-By pointing to zabbix-official-repo-apr2024.gpg, and disable zabbix-unstable.sources.

Request:
Please publish an updated zabbix-release package for 8.0 (8.0-1 or later, with the correct epoch)
that enables the stable repository and includes the B5333005 key.
