Environment
- Zabbix server and frontend 8.0.0 (tag "8.0.0", commit "c81e276e505"), PostgreSQL 16.15.
Steps to reproduce
- Create user group "rep-group-r1" with user "rep-member-r1". Create user "rep-user-r1" in other user group. Both users have media "Email".
- In Reports → Scheduled reports create report "Report r1" for dashboard "Global view", Cycle "Daily", Start time few minutes from now.
- In Subscriptions add "rep-user-r1" and "rep-group-r1", Generate report by "Current user". Click Add.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Open "Report r1", in Subscriptions click Remove for "rep-user-r1" and click Update.
- Wait until start time and check received emails.
- Repeat steps 1-6 with new report and objects, but in step 5 remove "rep-group-r1" instead of user.
Result
After Update, Subscriptions shows only "rep-group-r1", and table "report_user" has no rows for this report. Report is still sent to removed user:

Expected
Report is sent only to recipients in Subscriptions, which documentation describes as "List of report recipients" (Scheduled reports).
Affects enabled scheduled reports after last user or last user group is removed from Subscriptions.
